There's major interaction between these two drugs.Morever pregabalin is used in neurotic pain ,not in pain related to piles.you can't take them together.Both tramadol and pregabalin can easily cause dependency.

No Sir better not to take both the medicines together.. kretotram has tramadol which can react with pregabalin.
