I had covid in December with anosmia, but recovered completely in Jan first week
Then after 2 weeks my Psoriasis flared up so I took 2 dose of 2mg Methotrexate, but then I had sinus infection again
And my COVID symptoms started appearing again along with smell loss
My RT-PCR is negative I have tested it 2 days back
It's been 21 days I'm suffering from Hyposmia
My ENT doctor suggested a dose of 40 mg Prednisolone, should I go with it?

Hello,
I can understand all of this is overwhelming. Since your doctor has physically examined you and know your history she/he will be a better judge of the situation. Psoriasis is known to increase during stress, both physical and emotional.
Next Steps
Talk to your doctor about the sinus infection and get it treated. Try to be aware of the fact that this is something you are facing and this shall pass too.
