Prediabetic condition.
I am today diagnosed with fatty liver stage 1 and prediabetes, i want to know if this condition can be cured? I am shocked today.

Pre-diabetes(raised fasting-plasma glucose>100mg/dl), Fatty liver, Raised triglycerides>150mg/dl, reducedHDL,central obesity, BMI >30Kg/m2, blood pressure >130/85mm of Hg, suggestive of Metabolic syndrome

Prediabetes and fatty liver are correlated. For both treatment is lifestyle changes which includes diet, exercise and maintain weight. Can halt the progression to diabetes by lifestyle change.
