Please Suggest precautions to prevent heart attacks! Actually it's very much common now a days ! So worried ! Lipid profile is good no issues in that but actually want to know what things we should avoid (in diet as well as physical) to
avoid risks of heart attack?

Consume more fruits, nuts, fibre rich items
Regular exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 30-45 minutes
Avoid stress
Good sleep at least 7 hours a day

Regular aerobic exercises and well balanced diet ( Plenty of vegetables, fruits, low carbohydrate diet with avoidance of fried , processed and preserved foods) is good for heart health.
