Your TSH shows subclinical early hypothyroidism/ under active thyroid. Because the levels are mildly abnormal, Whether or not you require medications will depend on your symptoms, cause of hypothyroidism and your weight, in addition to your plans for pregnancy. You need more tests to determine cause of hypothyroidism
