Hello..we are planning for the kids..iam taking the folic acid tablets  from one month ..can I continue it for 4 or 5 months ..till conceive .??..please let me know with your suggestions..

Yes you can continue having folic acid..also get your rubella ig M and igG , blood sugar and thyroid levels checked.. Consult direct for further management if any of these is abnormal.. All the best ..keep trying
