Pre or Probiotics with Antibiotics
Could you please help me suggest a Pre or Pro biotic that goes well with any sort of antibiotic dosage. I have encountered the stomach upset many times after being under antibiotics for at-least 3 days or more.
Please help me suggest a Pre/Pro biotic (in a capsule form, preferably ) so that I don't have to deal with stomach/gut issues whilst on antibiotics.
