Pre menstrual depression
I am married and delivered normally with two kids. Elder one is 6 Y. And younger is 5Y. Every month a week before my menstrual period, i start getting depressed. I have got this kind before marriage itself but now, it got increased. I live in a joint family. in normal days, I will not borther try to adjust. But a week before the period, I am getting depressed for small things and if someone at home shouts at me which I know for small issue or serious discussion between me and my husband which leads to fight eachother, i feel like don't wanna live., Want to hurt me. I want to get rid of it. Now a days it ruins my life. Please I wanna come out from my depression.

This is referred to as Premenstrual Dysphoria, and falls within the mood disorder spectrum. You will first have to get your hormone levels, thyroid levels done. Following which, you will have to consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. Once confirmed, Premenstrual Dysphoria can be treated by antidepressant medication. Good luck.
