Hi, It seems you are not able to satisfy yourself nor your partner. It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. Also it seems you have developed symptoms of both erectile dysfunction and premature Ejaculation. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

First of all i would like to assure you don't have any illness As minimum 2 mins timing is considered normal. Followed by that if you still want to increase timing we need to communicate and learn some exercises. Also for painful testis need further evaluation
