Pre Mature Ejaculation

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, during intercourse I ejaculate in less than 30 secs. Took medicine in consultation with urologist but no result. Distraction or slow entry doesn't help. This continued PE is restraining me having healthy sexual relationship with my wife, leading to dissatisfaction to me and my wife. Plz guide. Thx.
