I am not married and these time are for own pleassure and intercourse both. Sexual drive has reduced in both cases. I eat a lot outside home. Please suggest do i need any drug or excersise or do i need to do anything else. I have heard that messaging with oil can help. Please clear the picture. Also i need to gain weight and it's getting hard for me to gain. I am 60kg and need to gain 15kg more as quick as possible

60 kg is normal for your age. Instead of concentrating on studies and securing a good job, you are hankering after sex. Take your thoughts away from sex and engage in fruitful activities. You will be o.k.

Pre mature ejeculation has two different reasons behind it - medical or psychological, if you are medically fit then most likely its psychological cause which can be treated easily with proper counseling, techniques and if required very less medication. Consult a psychiatrist personally for detail discussion and evaluation so that best treatment can be suggested. All the best
