Can disc bulge cause pre mature ejaculation? If yes, does it need separate treatment? Or would it go away after disc bulge goes away?

Yes, a disc bulge can lead to premature ejaculation especially central lumbar intervertebral disc bulge. It's in your best interest if you get the bulge treated first and the PME may go away with it. If the clinician says the bulge is insignificant and doesn't need any treatment then visit a Psychiatrist and discuss regarding starting a medicine from SSRI class.
