I have pre ejaculation problem, while intercourse with my partner, I ejects in less than 1 min. I got married 4 years ago and my age is 32 yrs. Advise me

To get rid of this problem permanently.. To enjoy sexual activity completely for 30to40 minutes.. Quit smoking and drinking if any.. Be stress free and take sleep of 8to9 hours..
