Hi have recently started my sex life and had sex with my partner 3-4 times. All foreplay activity goes well but the moment I penetrate I ejaculate and cannot stand long more than 10 seconds. You are having Premature Ejaculation. But nothing to worry as it's a common problem and often is cured completely. Try Kegel exercise. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Get relaxed. Use local anaesthetic jelly and condom.
