Pre diabetic
Hello doctor,
We took hbA1c test for my mother today and it shows result as 5.7 pre diabetic.
Can you please advise if this can be brought to normal level? And what precautions and diet need to be followed ?

Yes this can be brought to normal level.
Prefer brown rice for lunch.
Regular walking 30 minutes daily.
