I am male age 40. Height 171cms. Weight 88kg. And my HBA1C is 5.9, can I take tablet or other treatments sir?

Hi., I can understand your concern.
Kindly check for fasting and pp sugar levels.
If those are in limits, no need of medicine.
Proper diet with regular exercise will be enough.
