PRE DIABETE
Sir, four months earlier, my HB1AC was 6.4. After four months, it increased to 7.4. I do not take any medicine till date. My urination frequency has also increased slightly. Do I need medication at this stage or can reverse it by changing life style & diet. Please advice

Sir what is fasting and post prandial sugar If not very high first try diabetes diet and exercise , Then monitor sugar after  2 weeks
