Pre Conception - 2 Abortions already

We had tests for both of us before 2nd time conception. Doctor told results are absolutely fine and gave a go ahead.
Then Second abortion. This one due to No Heartbeat identified.

You can do nothing to prevent pregnancy losses at 6 weeks or 7 weeks. The conjecture is that it is due to some defects in the sperm or ovum. Of course there is no way we can prove it.
