Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had pargant after two month of marriage but don't know what was issue baby did not growth and after few weeks baby was not seeing in xray due to this doctor advised to abortion, J have thyroid issue but I was taking daily thyroid medicine even doctor also did not know why it is happened Sir and mam is any one tell me what could be issue so that I will take care in future
