She has a normal pattern of stools
First few months they can pass stools once in a week or frequently in a day.
If she's playful and not fussy you need not give colicaid.

It's nothing to worry if a breast fed baby doesn't pass stool uptil 7 days. Dont give suppository unless child has vomiting. Theres nothing you have to do for that. And colicaid is for colic. And continue breast feeding exclusively.
Looks dysfunctional elimination.
Start syp duphalac 5 ml at night daily for 15 day.
Stop top feeds if you are giving it.
If she doesn't remain constipated urine will b normal.
Next Steps
avoid constipation. if she doesn't passes stool in 48 hour give another suppository
In one month old baby passing Stools five days once is also normal don’t keep any suppositories .if baby has colic pain you can give Colicaid drops . breast-feeding To be continued
