Potential UTI infection
She Had non penetrative sex on the 6th and with protection on the 7th, Just to be safe, She took Unwanted 72 under 48 hours. After one day she started bleeding in small amounts, frequently urinating with yellow urine but she is unable to relieve herself completely, eventually her urine turns into reddish color. She also has constipation, for 3 days she doesn't feel the need to do no 2. She does drink water but it doesn't help. Is there a chance for a UTI? Are these side effects of the pill? when will her constipation go away? When should she be expecting Withdrawal bleeding?

Yes, she has UTI and also constipation..needs treatment for that..we can't predict withdrawal bleeding
