Postpartum depression is a very common mental health problem faced by women these days. It occurs due to hormonal changes and chemical changes in the brain. And also due to role change, some stress of taking care of baby when. One is unprepared for that and some. Other factors contribute to this. It is easily treatable with medications and psychotherapy. Consult me online or in person.
