Postinor 1
My predicted ovulation date was 23rd september I took a postinor 1 pill on 15th. What is my new ovulation date? In this scenario is the postinor 1 pill likely to work? On 30th I had severe body aches and cramping and fever. What maybe the reason?

If you are not married then you are very stupid girl. Please don't do these things which spoil your life and then you feel guilty for long life.don not trust blindly any one. Please consult with any gaynaeclogist.and please do not take any kind of such contraceptive pills because such medicine can be taken once in a year.so first do pregnancy test .if it is negative then wait for periods .if periods not comes in a month then consult with gynaecologist. For further treatment. :-eat half papaya daily, kiwi daily, pomegranate daily. :- if you are married then do a pregnancy test if it is positive then consult with gaynaeclogist and you can wait for period
Next Steps

It doesn't change ur date of ovulation basically. Fever and body aches could be due to some other reason as well. But if you had any vaginal discharge which was foul smelling, and associated fever it could indicate some pelvic infection
