I've recently started working out regularly and consistently and was wondering how often should one wash their hair Post-work out? So far I've been doing it every day. I mostly sweat at the back of my head and on the sides of my face. Should i wash my hair every day afterwards or is that too much? I have dry skin overall and a dandruff-prone itchy scalp too.
Any recommendations for this? Thank you.
