Some vaccines cause fever and pain for a couple of days,  for which paracetamol drops are usually recommend . Use it next time, and ask your Paediatrician for the ose each time , as it depends on the weight. However , not giving paracetamol will not lead to any development problem , rest assured. The advantages of giving vaccines are far greater than the occasional side effects they may have.

There is nothing like that. Post vaccination fever is a small side effect of the vaccine , which is temporary and whether u treat it or not it does not cause any long term effect on the baby as paracetamol is given only to give symptomatic releif. So dont worry and rest assured.

If no convulsion or fit at the time of fever Then there will be no bad effect on brain No need to worry for that Fever is common after vaccination  If baby is crancky, exessive cry, swelling and fever then  Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days Don't apply anything over vaccination site It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine  Cont.  to give feed as per demand Keep ur baby well hydrated Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
