Bladder outlet obstruction due to Prostatomegaly Hypertension.
History of Decreased flow and pain in abdomen. Underwent Turp keeping veru as landmark (Oct 2016). However still having to use metal dilator every day until today. Was prescribed Crocin, Augmentin and other Antibiotics but no improvement in condition. Post Turp; due to non-recovery, took a glucose tolerance test and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetic for which medication was prescribed and is under control now.
