Elevated PSA level post 1 year of TURP
I underwent prostrateTURP a year back with biopsy reports suggesting benign prostatic hyperplasia. Currently an USG stated 2.5 cm ecogenic nodule in the left side of my prostrate with PSA reports coming out to be 6.1 ng/ml and 6.7ng/ml in a span of 4 months. My prostrate volume post turp is 48cm * 43cm * 42cm. What should i do now?

Get Dynamic MRI Prostate done to find out the cause and than prostatic biopsy if required by urologist
