Don’t let water enter your ear
Use a cotton plug soaked in oil and squeezed
Also you could use a tumbler with everted edges for a airtight seal and prevent water entry

You can safely wash your hair.
Keep cotton in the ear.
Avoid shower bath
Do not be vigorous while washing the hair.
Dont let water enter the ear.
Or take a warm soaked towel and clean your hair and scalp with it
