I have had a failed tympanoplasty. Doctors told if go for a second time,there's only 50 % chance .what should I do?

Consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation. A second opinion with thorough evaluation is required. If you have a frequent colds coming up get your nose treated first before the ear surgery, as frequent colds do affect the ear.
