A 50 year old female patient sustained injury to her left wrist due to fall on outstretched hand. She has left colles fracture. I have shared the pre and post reduction XRay. Does she require surgery

Recheck x ray after 7 days and if position is good need to be converted into cast

Reduction is good..,but u have to do cast conversion..slab wont give stability..will again displace.
