Post pranadial test
I have done fasting and hba1 tests, now going for Post pranadial test. What food should i take 2hrs before the test. A few simple examples would be great. Does it have to be breakfast? Thanks

Ideally, it has to be done after consuming 75 grams of oral glucose dissolved in water and checked after 2 hours. The blood sugar results are standardised based on it.
