Firstly you should go for ayurveda uterus purification medicines as this will lead to maintaining general health in future! Hot fomentation over body will work AYURVEDA says- Dont take leafy vegetables, potato baingan gobhi and heavy veggies Stick to daliya ,moong dal pani only Digestive fire becomes too low after delivery and ut won't be able to digest all Hence light food is necessary Consult for detail diet chart &medicines
