Post menopausal bleeding.
I had post menopausal bleeding after 1.5 years of menopause. Pap smear was clear. TVs showed regular 7 mm endometrial thickness then after two months with no bleeding Tvs showed 5.4 mm thickness Six months later I again bled a bit , now the TVS showed regular 5.5mm endometrial thickness with heterogeneous myometrium . Per vaginal exam showed nothing abnormal. Can it be carcinoma? Please help. No diabetes but have dyslipidemia. FSH level is 42.
