I underwent laser on 17.06.2016. Even still today i see shadows of words far sightedly. As per doc its due to dryness in my eyes n the problem will subside. He has rrescribed me tear drops and Genteal eyegel. But almost 45 dys have passed and I am still experiencing the same problem. Can u plz suggest how many days will d vision take to stabilise properly? By when i wll get rid of this double shadowed alphabets?

this could be due to some residual refractive error or dryness or aberrations.
I would suggest you to keep using those eyedrops and wait for another 45 days and then review your surgeon. sometimes, it takes 3-6 months for stabilising the vision ..

Well you have to be patient as this problem can take months to subside. Continue the treatment as advised, take frequent breaks when using the computer, blink frequently, and try not to sit with the air conditioning blowing in your face. It will get better with time.
this is common after Lasik procedure some people may have little dryness for long. it may take few months to year. Try to use less AC direct wind to eyes can do some warm compress. are you using computers for more than 3 hrs a day then try Systane ultra eye drops 6 times a day and Genteal gel during night time
