Post heart surgery, extreme chest pain.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I just had a mitral valve replacement, open heart surgery, endocarditis, mrsa of the blood stream, sepsis, a splenectomy, six strokes, and blood clots in both arms 7 months ago. I have recently been experiencing severe pain where my chest was split, worse when I breath. also experienced complete visionary loss in one eye, and significant headache.
