Post ectopic laprotomy surgery
Hello, its been 3 months of my ectopic laprotomy surgery (ruptured in right tube). evrythng seems healed now.....geting periods absolutly on time.. i have 2 questions. 1) slight swelling n numbness on right side pelvic area... i have no pain at all. is it normal? is it a part of healing process...i mean it vl go slowly? 2) im willing to do abdominal excersise and body excersie for fat loss..can i proceed...im alreasy doing basic ones but now wana move on lil high intensity excersie. looking for advise on same. thanks in advance..

Please avoid high intensity exercises.light exercises like walking can be done . Better to get surgical wound examined by a gynaecologist.

1. If its just skin elevation, then nothing to worry. If its like hernia, kindly consult your doctor 2. Basic ones you can continue, high intensity work is always advised not to do for 6 months post surgery
