I tested positive for covid one month ago. I haven't tested RTPCR again as doctor suggested there's no need for repeat test. How long do I need to continue zinc and vitamin c tablets? Do I need to continue gargle and steam?

Post covid weakness may linger upto 1-2 months. To cope up with it, one should take Multivitamins, steam inhalation, gargle atleast 1 month

1 month is enough . If you don’t have any symptoms.just take good diet and plenty of fluid
