After becoming Covid Negative I have been diagnosed with Pneumonitis through HRCT. It has been 30 days since I became covid negative but symptoms like chest congestion, heaviness in head, fatigue are not going away. Antibiotics are only giving temporary relief. Kindly suggest

Pneumonitis may take time to resolve even month...depends on the CT severity score and also the medicines you take for that...there are few medications which help in early resolution and to be given for few wks after symptoms resolution...
