Post covid symptoms
I had Covid 28-30 days before. 1)Till 15 days I had high fever -Took paracetamol. 2)16th day I was facing breathing problem after walking 3)On 27th April I got hospitalised and I had given oxygen till 6th May. 4)7th and 8th I was without oxygen and on 9th I was discharged. Right now I have oxygen level-(92-94) at normal breathing and 95-97 when I take deep breathing. But many a times my heart beat is high. I am taking steam, doing breathing exercises. Pl suggest me steps to improve my condition.
