High heart rate post covid
I have a high heart rate of 96-108 while sitting which goes to 110-120 on walking. I had covid 10 months back. I had ecg and echo 3 months back and they were normal. I also had cholesterol and thyroid which were normal. Do I need to be worried or will it become normal with time.

Heart rate can alter for multiple reasons. Anxiety itself increases Herat rate. Practice walking and exercise regularly. Yoga and meditation also helps to lower anxiety and thus control BP and heart rate.
