Post covid panic attacks and nightmares
Panic attacks many times evenwithout stress or physical exertion... restingHR goes to 145+ ... Shortness of breath ...palpitations... dying feeling... Already visited ER twice since covid recovery.. Was covid postive in mid April Symptoms are all physical 🙏🙏🙏 My anxiety was never this physical before😓😖 HELP!!! It can happen anytime... anywhere.. without any stimulus...which is problematic and disturbing...its giving me anticipatory anxiety.. D3 is34 B12 is 550 CRP is 0.67 CBC normal *Medicines that I use now: Ivabradin 7.5 mg Ashwagandha at night Omega3 night Pantop 40 morning empty stomach

Anxiety happens due to imbalance of certain chemicals in our brain .. and it has no particular reason , I can understand that panic attack gives you nightmare . But you can overcome it by proper counselling as well as Medication You need to devlop certain coping skills as well as you can do deep breath exercise After covid ,it's Post covid Anxiety ,it's very common , you can deal that Anxiety with proper Medication for few days and as well as counselling sessions For details assessment  n evaluation need to consult Psychiatrist With regards
