My father tested covid positive on 05-May-21, and recoverd from covid and yesterday we took CT scan and found 30-40℅ lung involvement.
Currently he is feeling short breath
Without O2 support his Spo2 level is 89
He is in home care in O2 support of 2 LTRS
Currently he is in low steroid medication of 8mg from far relative doctor, as per his advice home treatment is enough for 30-40℅ damage.
Please guide us whether hospitalisation is required or home medication is enough
