I recovered from covid before one month.but some time  after skipping  I feel stiffness in my  upper backbone .

Stiffness in upper back on exertion is not related to covid infection. It could be due to muscles spasm. Warm-up exercises of neck, shoulder and stretching exercises of back before doing skipps will help. Local pain killer ointment like omnigel will also help if pain is severe.
