Post covid high d dimer
My father age 48 diagnosed with corona one month back,now he is normal and no symptoms and perfectly fine.but 3days back in Blood test d dimer levels are 1440,,,LDH IS 239 ,so we consulted doctor and gave anti coagulation medicine.(no BP,no sugar)
1) dose high d dimer means high cholesterol?
2) can he eat chicken and mutton kheema?
3) what to avoid and what to include in dite?

D Dimer means higher clotting tendency of blood.
He can eat anything.
