Post covid fever ( after a month)

Asked for Female, 46 Years

My mother tested positive almost a month back and recovered well. She had a fever in the morning ( mild <99degree F). There are no other symptoms. She is a non diabetic patient with no other comorbid conditions. Is it worrisome? What shall I do ?
