Post covid fatigue and weakness
I have severe post covid weakness I have taken multivitamin, vitamin d for 15 days as prescribed by physician but i get tired after doing a small job. I need to do job also in this case i will loose my job.. I don't think multivitamin is doing favour in my case. It's about now 2 months since covid when it will last.. One of my friend asked to take multivitamin injections.. Is it recommendable?
