Post covid, faster heart beat
I recently tested negative for covid. Meanwhile getting healed from lung infection I encountered that my heart beats fluctuations range from 130-80 BPM I am afraid that is it related to some heart issues. Also I am anxious because I lost my father last week. I am not able to figure out why I feel needle or pinch on some parts of body. Please guide me how to deal with this situation. Not having much energy to do work now, need help. I did ECG when u was hospitalized the doctor said ECG was normal. Now I can sense that there is difficulty in proper supply of oxygen / blood. To whom should I consult, is it all mental health issue or only Physical health issues. Thanks in advance

If your saturation is normal there is no oxygen supply or lung issue. As far as heart rate is concerned many covid patients have increased heart rate in recovery period also. your anxiety will only make it worse. If ECG was fine heart issue is unlikely. To confirm consult a cardiologist.
