After covid body needs time to heal and recover which is different for everybody, you can start low impact exercises at first or body weight training give yourself sometime, and thn go ahead with strength training whenever you feel your body is ready.
B easy with your regular gym exercises.start off with lighter ones n then move on to core ones as ur body needs time to recover.push yourself only to the extent where you donot get fatigued.no time limit is set but each one's body responds differently so give some time maybe a month for your body to recover.
