Post covid complications
After recover of covid, he is feeling tiredness and red eyes with some itching when he done some physical work at his work place. He had mild symptoms when he was positive. So he had taken only vitamin tablet zinc and C. Will these complications will go automatically or he needs some medications?

Everybody will recover at their own pace. Your body needs adequate rest. Post covid symptoms are found to persist upto 3 months. You should exercise as much as you can tolerate and gradually increase the work load. Improve diet and follow covid hygiene and social distancing protocols

Post covid weakness lingers for about 1-2 months and with proper care and medication these symptoms would subside eventually. Continue taking multivitamin, proper rest. Check SpO2, temp, BP, sugar. If all within normal limits without associated high grade fever, breathlessness, cough, vomiting, diaarhoe, then nothing to worry about.
