Post Covid-19 SPo2 Saturation in roomair
15 days post Covid-19 SPo2 Saturation in room air is not improving. She is on oxygen support from last 1 month. However levels of oxygen supply has dropped from 7 to 1/2 now. On 1/2 level of oxygen supply SPo2 Saturation is 97-98. However, on room air her SPo2 Saturation is 80. she has a medical history of Pneumonia. She suffers in any kind of enclosed area such as lift or basement of any premises. She got a pneumatic attack 4-5 years ago. We never thought of checking her SPo2 prior to Covid-19. please suggest what should we do.
